I observed this dangerous boy racer driver in a modified blue Citroen Saxo car with a loud & popping exhaust, who drove along wrong lane, went round the roundabout and narrowly missed hitting the other car. Then he sped off very quickly on an 30 mph limit road. Somewhere along that road, he pulled over, let the car (that he narrowly missed) to pass and he goes behind it.
